Climbing Frames, Treehouses & Outdoor Adventure Play Equipment PLAYahead is a family run, father and son business. PLAYahead was founded over 10 years ago when we specialised in manufacturing problem-solving tasks for Outdoor Team Building Events. Since then we have developed to concentrate solely on Adventure Play Equipment.We have over 30 years of experience in Outdoor Adventure Education, such as climbing, abseiling and ‘adventure days', with children of all ages. As a consequence, ensuring children's safety whilst they have a great time comes as second nature to us.
We started off supplying solely the domestic market. Following an increasing number of enquiries from commercial customers, we now supply schools, nurseries, theme parks and pubs. We have broadened our range to satisfy an ever-wider variety of needs.
Our consultative approach, with the emphasis on the customer means we uniquely aim to deliver and install every order ourselves. Where required, we will happily visit you to discuss your individual ideas for your Play Equipment. Also view and give advice on suitable sites prior to installation.
Because we use round, machined, softwood timber your Play Equipment will always have that charming ‘rustic' look whilst maintaining the solid feel associated with quality workmanship. Every effort is made to round off every corner and edge, and ensure there are no gaps for small fingers to get caught in.
PLAYahead's Outdoor Adventure Play Equipment has a creative modular construction, which means that more elements can be added to your design as your children grow.
We make the Play Equipment ourselves so you can be assured of the quality of timber as well as the finished product. All our timber is pressure treated to ensure high life expectancy coupled with low maintenance.
